1.1.1 If you create and use a user account for the T4G portal via app or website, and / or you or your employer sells or offers to sell a vehicle to T4G, T4G processes your personal data. This is done in order to be able to submit a purchase offer and to be able to fulfill any subsequent purchase agreement, including in relation to payments and administration of your user account on the T4G portal. For these purposes, T4G processes the information that is entered on the T4G portal or that you otherwise provide to us, including, for example, your name, your payment information, your contact information, and other information associated with your user account.

1.3.3 The information will be deleted, when you revoke your consent or after a period of 12 months during which T4G has not communicated with you. However, for a period of up to 5 years after the consent has been revoked or expired, the documentation for your consent will be kept, and the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of T4G in being able to document a previous consent, cf.
